A New Day

This morning I had to drive the kids all the way to Seiad Valley, to school.  I am lucky because their teacher started an arrangement with us to drive our kids to the school in the mornings, since she was going down anyway.  Thankfully, she has continued to help us out in the mornings & endured some mornings where we were running late (imagine!) or my kids were tired & grumpy!!  Anyway, because of that, I appreciate the drives in the morning down to the school because it only happens on occasion, when Mrs. L. has meetings, etc.  This morning was a beautiful drive - absolutely beautiful!!  I was wishing I had my camera with me because the sun was shining through behind the clouds & the clouds were lifting.  Cyrus & Treva read Hebrews 11 out loud to the rest of us in our little commuter car (saving money!!).  I love this chapter about faith.  On the way back home as I watched the wonders of the sky promising a beautiful day (sunshine!!), I felt like God was showing me that his work is beautiful (the sky) & what he is trying to accomplish in our lives and I need to just have that faith that Abraham had when he went up on the mountain to offer his only son because God asked him to.  That faith that does not question & to just "let him" do his work.

Thought I would add a  couple picts from Yesterday.  Here, Bella is doing her ballerina, as she says!!  Katreese has ballet every Thursday & Clarabella LOVES going & watching.  Amazing enough, she is catching on to some of the basics!!  Here, she is working on the first position in ballet!!  The second picture she is showing me her "ple-a" (ok, do not know how to spell that!!).  The last picture shows how very proud she is of herself!!  HAHA!!
